PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of purchase.

Sales on the following items are final:

1. Special orders.
2. Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. NFA items.
4. Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.

 

USED FIREARMS

Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.

 

GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

Any firearm that is unable to be transferred due to a failed NICS background check will be accessed a NICS denial fee of 25% of the cost of the firearm. The fee will be applied as store credit to be used once customer completes and provides NICS appeal documentation

 

SECURE TRANSMISSION

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor’s Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

 

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 – 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

Any cancellation for any reason will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the total purchase price. By submitting an order, you agree to a non-refundable cancelation fee of 25%.

 

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.

 

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

 

TRANSFERS AND STORAGE FEES

Please allow at least 2 business days for transfers to be received by our shipping department. If you wish to expedite the transfer service, please contact the store. There is an extra charge of $25 for all expedited transfers.

All items shipped to Alpha Dog Firearms must be picked up within TEN (10) days. After the tenth day, a $50 per month storage fee will be applied. After NINETY (90) days, the item will be considered abandoned and will become property of Alpha Dog Firearms. Alpha Dog Firearms will attempt to sell all abandoned property in order to collect storage fees. If the item value is sold for less than the storage fee, the customer is responsible to pay the difference.

If you fail a NICS background check, you must contact the seller and set up a return. You will be responsible for any fees associated with return of the firearm including the background check and shipping (if applicable).

NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE: AMMO and FIREARMS. There are no returns on firearms or ammunition. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE: Any item “broken” or has manufacturer issue. Item must be replaced or warrantied by manufacturer.
NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE: Any item that has been opened and used. This includes any packaging that has a broken seal.
REFUND / EXCHANGE: Unopened original package with receipt. Item must be new. Item must be able to be put back on the shelf. Item is subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
STORE CREDIT ONLY: Any unused item that has an opened or a damaged package. ITEM MUST BE CHARGED RESTOCKING FEE OF 25%.
STORE CREDIT ONLY: Any unopened package with no receipt. ITEM WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.

ALL RETURNS/REFUNDS MUST BE REFUNDED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PURCHASE. IF A CUSTOMER NO LONGER HAS THE CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, STORE CREDIT IS THE ONLY OPTION FOR THE REFUND.

ORDER AND SHIPPING TIMES

We are currently under a nationwide shortage of ammo and firearms. We are doing all we can to get orders delivered as soon as possible, but we have been experiencing wait times of up to 6 months in some cases.

The minute you submit an order, the order is processed and sent to the distributor/manufacturer for fulfillment. Alpha Dog Firearms can not guarantee how long it will take for your order to be filled by the distributor or manufacturer.

ANY CANCELLATION FOR ANY REASON CAN RESULT IN A CANCELLATION FEE OF UP TO 25%

By submitting your order, you agree to a non-refundable cancellation fee of up to 25%

Alpha Dog Firearms will do everything to get your order filled as soon as possible, including offering substitutions of like items if available.

STORAGE FEES

Any item not picked up within ten (10) days of being received in store will be subject to a storage fee of $25 per month.

Alpha Dog Firearms will contact you via phone first and if provided, e-mail. If you are unable to pick up your product, you must make prior arrangements with Alpha Dog Firearms or you will be subject to the storage fees.

Any item not picked up within ninety (90) days will be considered abandoned property. Alpha Dog Firearms will determine the best course of action for all abandoned property, including reselling the item.
