Terms and conditions:

Original purchaser has 30 calendar days to return any new firearm purchased for store credit. Firearm must be in “like new” condition. Firearm must have the original packaging and a gun lock. The firearm must be cleaned if shot.

“Like New” condition: Firearm may show slight use. There are no defects. Scratches (if any) are light surface scratches and very few. The frame is free of any defects or damage. Firearm functions and performs as new. Firearm does not have any missing parts. Replacement parts (if any) are OEM or better quality and in new condition.

In the event a firearm is altered with upgraded parts, only the original purchase price will be refunded. There is no allowance for upgrades. Firearms must be complete. All firearms must be inspected by Alpha Dog Firearms gunsmith before being credited. In the event a gunsmith is unable to inspect the firearm, an appointment must be set. If the appointment is after the 30 day guarantee date, there will be an exception made as long as the original attempt to have an inspection is within the 30 day period.

Only factory new firearms sold by Alpha Dog Firearms qualifies for the “I love you pew” 30 day guarantee. Ammo and accessories are subject to Alpha Dog Firearms return policy.

Alpha Dog Firearms has the exclusive right to refuse the “I love you pew” 30 day guarantee if a customer attempts multiple returns within a calendar year.
